About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour
  • ALL AGES

A captivating, multi-sensory sound healing experience designed to reset your nervous system and deepen your connection to self.

Join us at Golden Days Studio for a restorative evening of resonance that will remind you of your inner radiance & limitless nature.

A moment of recalibration. With your ultimate relaxation in mind.

Through somatics, sound technology, meditation, and the senses, we work with frequency, intention, and presence to restore balance & flow.

| Pardis's sound is lush, deep and diverse - a blend of ancient rhythm and modern flavor; a metamorphic ride into the mystic.

Calling Back the Muse is not just a sound bath—it’s an organic unfolding where time drips like honey and the air is fragrant with poetry. May it nourish you and give you what you need.

What to expect: We'll start with a breathwork + movement practice to let the body speak followed by a voyage into stillness and sound, where the senses will be stirred through scent, touch + atmosphere. Silky, otherworldly soundscapes will have you lifted. Using the technology of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and deep vibrational tones, we will reset the nervous system, releasing tension and stagnation to make space for clarity, healing and flow.

What people are saying:

"Good way to get me back in alignment. Can’t wait for the next one."

*Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket to stay cozy as you will be lying down for much of the experience.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a yoga mat?

You will be laying down for much of the experience so yes, it is encouraged to bring a yoga mat and any other cozy items like blankets or pillows to ensure you are as comfy as possible.

Will there be touch?

Yes. The experience includes some hands-on healing work and light massage. If that isn't your thing, totally okay. Just let us know and we will make sure to respect your boundaries.

Will there be incense burning?

We love to work with smoke medicine, like incense, resins & other cleansing herbs. If you are sensitive to smells, this might not be the event for you. If you would rather not have it burning close to you, let us know and we can make sure to accommodate.

Do I have to close my eyes during the sound bath?

It is recommended to close your eyes so you can sink deeper into the experience, but it's up to you. We will have silk eye masks for anyone who would like them, and you can always bring your own.
