We welcome participants of all ages! We've had attendees as young as 7 years old. Everyone is welcome to join, regardless of age.

Can I join alone?

Yes, you can absolutely join on your own. Many people come solo and find the experience enriching and supportive.

Is the event drug-free?

Yes, this is a substance-free event. We ask that all participants come with a clear mind and body.

What is the dress code?

Wear comfortable, breathable layers that you can easily adjust throughout the session as needed.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. You may also want to bring anything that makes you feel more comfortable, like a light blanket or pillow.

Will the event be held indoors or outdoors?

Event locations may vary. We will specify whether the event is indoors or outdoors in the event details. However, if the event is outdoors and the weather doesn't cooperate, we always have an indoor alternative, so you won’t need to worry about the weather.

Can I join while on period?

Yes! Breathwork and dance can be particularly beneficial during your menstrual cycle, as they help calm the body and mind, offering relaxation and relief.

Can pregnant women join?

Accepted Answer

Yes, pregnant women are welcome to participate. However, we recommend you contact Pavel directly beforehand to discuss any special considerations. It's important that you bring plenty of pillows or cushions to support your body, and avoid any long holds or squeezing during the session.
