Cal-OES SAP Evaluator Training for post-disaster building Safety Assessment Program (SAP) provides architects, engineers, and building inspectors with the knowledge to provide valuations of facilities and buildings in the aftermath of a disaster. With SAP trainers able to deploy into an affected area, they can quickly evaluate damaged structures, identifying those that are safe for occupancy, while marking those that are unsafe or have restricted use.
