Cacao Ceremony and Sound Journey
Overview
Join us for a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony and Sound Journey - a sacred space to connect with yourself, nature, and the deep intelligence within.
We begin with ceremonial cacao, a gentle plant medicine known for opening the heart, enhancing mood, and deepening meditation. As the cacao works through your system, you’ll be guided through vocal toning and chanting to activate your voice and clear energetic blockages.
Then, surrender into a healing sound meditation. Your journey begins with the grounding hum of gongs and rhythmic drumming that synchronizes with your heartbeat. Immerse in the soothing sounds of rivers and ocean waves, followed by playful forest tones. Open your heart with melodic crystal bowls, strings, and voice, awaken your throat chakra with the flute, and ascend to higher realms through Tibetan bowls and chimes. Elemental Sound Journeys mirror nature’s rhythms, promoting healing, energy balance, and self-discovery.
