Join us for a sacred afternoon of connection, reflection, and deep nourishment for the heart.

We’ll begin with an authentic cacao ceremony guided by a guest shaman, Karla, who carries this ancestral tradition with care and reverence. She will prepare and serve ceremonial cacao in the traditional way, inviting us to open our hearts, slow down, and listen to our inner wisdom.

For centuries, cacao has been honored as a sacred plant medicine—one that softens the heart, awakens creativity, and restores balance to the spirit. It helps us return to gratitude, presence, and loving connection with ourselves and those around us.

After the ceremony, we’ll flow into a sound journey to help you rest, release, and integrate through the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and sacred instruments.

A yoga mat, pillow, and blanket will be provided. Come with an open heart and an intention for what you wish to release or call in.
