We invite you to join us for Cacao, Guided Meditation & a Breathwork Journey, on the powerful day of Lajuj (10) Keme that brings forth the energy of manifestation and the strength of coming together in community, alongside the Mayan energy of our ancestors and the cycles of death, rebirth, and transformation.
Guided by Cacao and the Breath, we will move through the darkness into the light—liberating what no longer serves, reclaiming our power, and weaving our shadows into gold.
✨ Your Guides

Her life’s work is to guide people home to the felt sense of safety within through embodiment, breath and cacao medicine. Inspired by her own journey of reclamation, her sacred containers provide opportunities for deep healing, inner alchemy & powerful liberation.
