Monty’s career includes influential roles at UNT Health Science Center, Hill Country Memorial, and Morgan_Mohon, LLC, where he has consistently championed clarity, creativity, and courageous leadership. His work centers on empowering leaders to reject mediocrity, embrace purpose, and build cultures where people thrive. Monty holds a BA in Journalism and English from Baylor University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
