The Mire of Mediocrity Wants to Destroy Your Business

Event Overview

Habits of isolation and lack-luster performance can grow faster than profits in today’s hyper-tech world. With Gallup reporting that up to 80% of America’s workforce is disengaged, the cost to organizations is staggering. As technology accelerates, leaders must not lose sight of their sacred role: stewarding the Creation Mandate and protecting the humanity at the heart of their teams.

Join us for a powerful morning with Monty Mohon, a visionary leader and brand strategist, as he delivers a bold challenge to business leaders: confront mediocrity head-on and lead with excellence, courage, and conviction.

Monty will share transformative insights from InFrame and the principles of All-in Teamwork a framework designed to elevate culture, boost performance, and restore purpose in the workplace.

“Humans are the boss — tech is the muscle.” — Monty Mohon
