Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is one of the largest non-profit organizations in the state, with an annual budget of $75M and a workforce of more than 1100 associates. Its 34 retail stores are supported by the generous donations of thousands of individuals and families and provide meaningful career opportunities to hundreds who have overcome barriers to employment. Their newly created Goodwill Academy of Virginia offers training and development that raises the likelihood of career advancement not only within Goodwill but also to its many corporate partners.
