Overview

A six-part empowerment and education series. This is designed for parents of 4th-8th graders, but applies to all children, tweens and teens.

Join us this special six-part series, designed for parents of 4th-8th graders, though the material applies for all parents of tweens and teens. Through the six sessions, participants will experience a mix of learning, breakout conversations, guest speakers, and group sharing. We encourage you to attend as many of the six sessions as possible.


*Facilitated By:

Melanie Souther - Parent and Registered Dietitian, specializing in behavioral nutrition therapy for ADHD and eating disorders. Expert in nutrition support, behavior change and brain-body wellness.

Kathleen Stafford - Parent and Founder of PPAD (Petaluma Parents Against Drugs), public speaker and peer support leader.
