The Fulton, Linden Hills, South Uptown, and Tangletown neighborhood organizations are proud to host a special 60-minute Bystander Intervention in Public Spaces training webinar, presented by Right To Be, a national organization dedicated to ending harassment in all its forms.
This free, interactive session is open to all our friends and neighbors in our surrounding communities. It will equip participants with practical tools to recognize and safely respond to public harassment, using the proven “5Ds” methodology: Distract, Delegate, Document, Delay, and Direct. Whether you’ve witnessed harassment on the bus, in a store, or in your neighborhood, this training will help you feel more confident in intervening without escalating the situation.
Right To Be has empowered thousands across the country to build safer, more inclusive communities—and now it’s our turn. Join us in learning how to stand up for one another with courage and compassion.
Let’s show up for each other. Together, we can make our city a safer place for everyone.
You will receive a Zoom link to the webinar 1-week prior to the event. A reminder including the Zoom link will also be sent out the day of the event.
