What is the refund policy?

You must request a refund through Eventbrite 7 days before the event starts. If you request a refund within the 7 days, we can offer to transfer you to an upcoming event.

Yes! We have specific tables for wheelchair accessibility. Please let us know in advance if you need this accommodation.

Can I bring in outside food/drink?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not allow outside food or drink at our workshops. We do have alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase at our bar. You can grab a drink at our bar once you arrive. We have a variety of options from sangria, beer, wine, seltzers, and more!

What is the age requirement to attend this event?

Accepted Answer

You must be 12 years or older to attend this workshop on your own. Those under the age of 12 years old MUST have a parent or guardian present, to participate in the workshop.

Are plants included in this BYOV Terrarium Ticket price?

Accepted Answer

Plants are not included. Rock, soil and decorative add ons are included in the ticket price. Succulents, Cacti and Air Plants will be available for choosing and set out for the workshop!

Question 6

What is included in the Candle Making BYOV ticket?

Accepted Answer

The ticket price will cover the wick and scents used in crafting your candle. The amount of wax will be calculated and added to your final checkout - depending on how many vessels you bring and the size of your candle.
