2:00 PM – Depart to 1st Brewery

2:30 PM – Visit 3 total breweries (Goose Island brewpub, Maplewood Brewery & Distillery -Full food menu, Off Color Brewing )

5:30 PM – Scenic Chicago Route + Holiday Lights

Millennium Park group photo stop

7:00 PM – Return to Berwyn Metra Station

VIP riders are then taken home for drop-off

🍾 BYOB Rules (Please Read)

To keep the experience safe and comfortable for everyone:

• Drinks must be sealed upon boarding
• No drinking in public areas — only inside the bus
• Cans or plastic only — no glass bottles
• Reasonable amount of alcohol per rider
• No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use — this is required by Illinois law

Violations may result in removal with no refund

• The host may deny boarding or remove anyone who compromises safety

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in any Buzz Bus – Sip & Explore event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

✅ GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event, including but not limited to transportation-related risks, venue conditions, crowds, alcohol consumption (if applicable), weather conditions, and all event-related activities.

You hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Sip & Explore Club, The Buzz Bus, its owners, operators, employees, volunteers, contractors, and partners from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation.

Participation is entirely voluntary.

✅ ALCOHOL RESPONSIBILITY CLAUSE

• You confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• You agree to drink responsibly and comply with all local and state alcohol laws.
• Intoxication, disorderly conduct, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
• You accept full personal responsibility for any actions taken while under the influence.

✅ SMOKING, VAPING & SUBSTANCES POLICY

• Smoking, vaping, marijuana, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited onboard the bus and at pickup locations.
• Violation will result in immediate removal without refund and possible reporting to authorities if required by law.

✅ TRANSPORTATION & DELAY DISCLAIMER

• Event schedules are subject to traffic, weather, construction, mechanical delays, and venue operations.
• Sip & Explore Club is not responsible for delays beyond reasonable control.
• No refunds will be issued due to minor delays.

✅ PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

By attending this event, you grant permission for photo and video recording to be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in photos, please notify the host at check-in.

✅ MEDICAL & EMERGENCY DISCLAIMER

• You are responsible for determining whether you are physically fit to participate.
• Sip & Explore Club is not responsible for medical conditions, allergic reactions, or medical emergencies.
• Emergency services will be contacted at the discretion of staff if needed.

✅ WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE

Sip & Explore Club is not responsible for cancellations due to:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Venue closures
• Mechanical failure beyond reasonable control

In such cases, tickets may be transferred, rescheduled, or refunded at the organizer’s discretion.

✅ SAFETY & CONDUCT POLICY

You agree to:

• Follow all host instructions
• Respect staff, venues, drivers, and other guests
• Remain seated while the vehicle is in motion
• Wear seatbelts when required
• Avoid disruptive or dangerous behavior

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.

✅ TRANSFER & REFUND POLICY

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
• Tickets may be transferred to another guest with advance notice.
• Refunds may be issued if the minimum rider requirement is not met.

✅ VIP DOOR-TO-DOOR TERMS

• VIP service is a flat group rate.
• Pickup/drop-off location must be provided in advance.
• No changes after the cutoff time.
• Late riders may forfeit VIP service without refund.

✅ ASSUMPTION OF RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By attending the event, you understand and accept that participation involves inherent risks, and you choose to participate at your own discretion and responsibility.
