Washington law (ESSB 5814), effective October 1, 2025, treats paid live presentations, workshops, and classes as taxable retail sales. We are therefore required to collect sales tax on class fees. Your class is taxed based on the location where you receive the instruction. For classes held in Benton

Instruction, class materials, and dinner - $84 Washington State sales tax on class, supplies, and dinner (8.7%) – 7.31 Wine for class + one bottle to take home (Tax paid at source) - $38.26 Eventbrite fee - $10.34

Refunds for this event are allowed up to 14 days prior to the class, with the exception of Eventbrite fees which are non-refundable.
