What To Expect:

Join us as we teach you how to break down a whole chicken (or two!) at our Chicken (Chop) Shop Date. We’ll teach you about sustainable poultry sourcing and what makes our local, free-range chicken so delicious, then we’ll get hands-on and show you how to cut a chicken into its most popular cuts. If you’ve ever wondered how to spatchcock your own chicken, make airline breasts, pound cutlets, or de-bone your own skin-on thighs, this is the class for you.

Participants are encouraged to ask questions, share recipes, and talk back.


What’s Provided:

Each participant will cut up and take home two whole chickens packaged for your fridge or freezer. We’ll provide beverages, snacks, and all the equipment you need. If you have a knife you’d like to use, feel free to bring your own.
