Hosted in collaboration with the Austin–Limerick Sister Cities Committee, this evening blends professional etiquette training with the warmth and wit of Irish hospitality, all in an intimate, convivial setting that invites genuine connection and conversation.

Guests will enjoy:

  • A family-style Chef’s dinner, inspired by Ireland’s culinary traditions

Menu

  • Welcome Beverage: A complimentary drink provided upon arrival.
  • Colcannon (GF): Mashed potatoes combined with cooked cabbage and butter.
  • Corned Beef (American–Irish, GF): Brined and slow-cooked beef, sliced to serve.
  • Soda Bread: Traditional quick bread made with flour, buttermilk, and baking soda.
  • Slieve Na Mbam Carrots (GF): Carrots prepared in the traditional Irish style.
  • Shepherd’s Pie (GF): Ground meat filling topped with mashed potatoes and baked.
  • Black Pudding: Traditional blood sausage, sliced and pan-seared.
  • Apple Cake
  • Gin Soft Serve (GF)
