You're not alone. Research shows that about 1 in 3 parents have experienced high levels of stress in the past month.
Parenting today comes with enormous pressure. When the to-do lists never end and exhaustion creeps in, it’s no wonder parents sometimes feel like they’re running on empty:
- They can feel burned out.
- As tired as they may be, they may have a hard time getting enough sleep.
- They may have less patience.
- Their relationships with their loved ones, including their children, may be strained.
What’s causing the stress?
- Conflicting parenting advice – not knowing which advice to follow.

The presenter is Jennifer Watanabe. She is a parent coach and helps parents:
- find an easier way to parent.
- reduce their stress.
- find a better work-family life balance.
She has been helping busy parents for over 27 years. For 24 years she taught positive parenting classes for Bellevue College in Washington state. She has helped hundreds of parents over the years. She is a Certified Positive Discipline Parenting Educator and a Certified Parent Coach from the Parent Coaching Institute.
