The 2025 Groundwater Summit will be held at the Caldwell Civic Center in Caldwell, Texas. Doors open at 8:00 a.m., with presentations beginning at 8:30 a.m. Coffee, lunch, and refreshments will be provided at no cost.

Admission is free, but registration is required for lunch planning.
