Join us for the third Natural Dye Workshop in our 2025 Natural Dye Series with fibers artist Madelaine Corbin!

Date: August 9th, 2025

Time: 10 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Location: Pine Meadow Ranch Center for Arts & Agriculture


This workshop unpacks the fundamentals of bundle dyeing and ecoprinting with fresh and dried flowers gathered from Pine Meadow Ranch. Participants will experiment with each method, creating a variety of samples on silks and cotton as well as one finished and functional textile to take with them.

Workshop Highlights:

  • Bundle Dyeing and Ecoprinting: Madelaine will guide participants in achieving dreamlike imagery and colors using bundle dye and ecoprinting techniques.
  • Preserving our Prints: Participants will gain insight into different fiber types, treatments for fixing color to cloth, and best practices for preserving natural dye prints.


All materials will be provided.

No natural dye experience required.

For ages 16 and older. Those under age 16 may attend accompanied by an adult.


About the Instructor:

Madelaine Corbin is a textile artist who has been working with natural dyes for more than 10 years. Her studies around the world have informed her practice and the classes she teaches in fiber, dyeing, and textile construction methods. Madelaine’s work has been supported by residencies across the United States and around the world. Her projects take the form of physical artworks, writing, and her collaborative textile and furniture studio in Philomath, Oregon called OMNIBLOOM.


Cancellation Policy

- $20 cancellation fee

- 0% refund for cancellations less than 1 week before the workshop

- 50% refund for cancellations 7-14 days prior

- Full refunds will be provided if PMRCAA cancels the event due to inclement weather or if an instructor is unavailable.
