Frequently asked questions

What should I wear?

Come ready to move. Wear comfortable, athletic clothing and supportive footwear. Bring layers in case the workshop space fluctuates in temperature.

Do I need to bring anything?

We’ll provide most of the gear, but here’s what we recommend bringing a water bottle and a positive attitude.

Is this workshop right for my sport?

These workshops are designed for endurance athletes of all levels — including runners, cyclists, triathletes, skiers, and adventure racers. We tailor examples and coaching to your sport and training goals.

What level of experience do I need?

This workshop will be accessible to both beginners and experienced athletes.

Will I get personalized help?

Each session includes small-group coaching, form corrections, and chances to ask specific questions. You’ll leave with generalized takeaways and the option for follow-up support.

Can I attend more than one workshop?

Yes! In fact, we encourage it. Each workshop tackles a key pillar of performance — strength, core control, mobility/recovery, and fueling — and they’re designed to complement each other.

Can I bring a friend or training partner?

Definitely. Training is better with a crew. Just make sure they register ahead of time to reserve their spot — space is limited to keep the coaching hands-on and personalized.
