Are there discounted rooms available?

Yes! We've negotiated a discount for an initial block of rooms.  Depending on demand, we may be able to secure more but the existing block is available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Let us know if you'd like us to get one (or more) reserved in your name.

Are you going to have any speakers?

Yes! We're busy working on who will be speaking and presenting at the event.  If you are someone that would like to be involved with this side of the event, please let us know what you'd like to discuss!

Can I bring my family and kids?

We specifically picked this family-friendly location in hopes that it might be attractive as a winter getaway for everyone.  It has amazing (heated year-round) indoor and outdoor pools, great restaurants/bars, a spa, and lots of amenities for visitors of all ages.

Can I register and buy a ticket at the event?

Most likely no. Attendance is subject to conference room capacity, and will be capped. Additionally, we'll need a headcount in advance for food & seating arrangements. We highly recommend registering and buying your tickets in advance!

Will you offer a refund if I buy a ticket and then my plans change?

Yes, we'll refund ticket purchases (less 3% credit card processing fees) up until 30 days from the event.
