About this event
Naples Concierge Health is pleased to kick off the second season of its wellness series with a health fair, "Built to Last: Foundations of Enduring Wellness." This event will feature interactive stations to test key health indicators, brief talks from three local experts, and a complimentary light lunch. The health fair will be held at the Norris Community Center (755 8th Ave S., Naples, FL 34102) on Thursday, November 14, 2025, from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm.
The event will begin with brief presentations from Dr. Jonathan Marsh, Andrew Sokolowski, and Jake Sibbald, followed by lunch and hands-on interactive displays where participants can learn more about cutting-edge health assessments. Attendees will have the opportunity to test their brain health for potential dementia indicators, participate in hand grip tests which reveal mortality statistics, undergo balance and toe grip testing to assess their potential for fall risks, and learn about the benefits of contrast therapy through live demonstrations. This comprehensive format allows participants to not only learn about evidence-based approaches to preventing health conditions, but also to experience firsthand the diagnostic tools and wellness strategies that can significantly impact their quality of life for years to come.
Built to Last: Foundations of Enduring Wellness will feature presentations by:
Dr. Jonathan Marsh, founder of Naples Concierge Health, will discuss the most effective strategies to avoid the leading causes of mortality and age-related decline. Participants will learn practical approaches to preventing dementia, metabolic disease, heart disease, and cancer through lifestyle modifications, advanced screening protocols, and personalized wellness planning. Throughout his career, Dr. Marsh has held a variety of leadership positions at both NCH and Physician's Regional Healthcare Systems, where he is the current Chief of Medicine. With a unique understanding of the local medical landscape, Dr. Marsh can guide his patients seamlessly through their care plans.
Andrew Sokolowski, founder of LiveWell Health Management, will share proprietary exercise programs that are specifically designed to create optimal levels of strength, balance, mobility and postural stability to improve physical function, reduce symptoms of chronic conditions, and regulate various health metrics that are essential for long-term wellness and independence. While launching LiveWell Health, he pursued a master's degree in Gerontology—the study of aging—to deepen his expertise. When Andrew underwent emergency heart surgery in 2014, exercise became a critical aspect of his treatment and recovery. This experience inspired him to expand LiveWell's mission beyond aging populations to include a longevity-focused approach for younger members as well.
Jake Sibbald, general manager of Sauna House Bonita Springs, will share how contrast therapy supports personal health journeys by enhancing rejuvenating effects, improved circulation, cellular resistance and physiological responses that protects the body. A SWFL native, Jake is a former college athlete, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the wellness industry. Over the years, he has held diverse leadership roles with some of the most innovative brands in the space, gaining deep expertise in helping people live healthier, more balanced lives. Passionate about contrast therapy, Jake is driven to educate the community and make the benefits of hot and cold therapy accessible to everyone.
Naples Concierge Health recognizes that traditional primary care often focuses on treating symptoms rather than preventing disease. This event takes a proactive approach, exploring how advanced screenings, lifestyle optimization, and personalized health strategies can help individuals not just live longer, but live better. Attendees will discover how cutting-edge diagnostic tools and evidence-based interventions can be integrated into a comprehensive wellness plan designed for enduring health.
This health fair is free and represents Naples Concierge Health's commitment to educating the community about proactive health management. Learn more or request more information by emailing admin@naplesconciergehealth.com.
