Ever heard of Essential Skills, Future Skills, or 21st Century Skills? No matter what they are called, employers have made it clear that 'essential' or 'soft skills' are no longer just nice to have. They're critical to your success as a job applicant and for your path to the future of work. Like 'hard' skills, they take practice and active engagement to build. Gain an understanding of the realm of Essential Skills and why they're 'essential' to career success.
