Your database is your goldmine... if it's not feeding you business... then you aren't doing it right! In this class you will learn:

• How to build it from scratch if you need to
• Who belongs in there vs who does not
• Ideas for topics of conversation for those that never know what to say
• Effective ways of staying relevant to clients you have already sold to
• What to do with sign in sheets from open houses, or the business cards you keep collecting
• How often you should call vs text. vs. email vs. snail mail
