Class Description:

This course is a broad overview of the theory and knowledge topics covered in the Local 290 Steamfitter Apprenticeship. While this class cannot replace a 5-year apprenticeship, it is designed to provide you with the study materials necessary to successfully pass the written Building Trades Exam for Pipefitters.

Class Cancellations: If this class has less than 6 students registered at the close of registration the class may be canceled. If the class is cancelled, you will be notified via email and any fees paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

A Note on State Credits: State Credit will only be earned for courses that have been approved by the state. If a class is approved for credit, it will be noted in the class description. To receive state credit for a class you must attend all hours of the class. Courses are approved by the state for a fixed number of credit hours. These hours cannot be edited when submitting license numbers for credit.
