This supportive, clinician-led group focuses on practicing kindness toward yourself through mindfulness and reflective exercises. Each week, you'll learn tools to manage self-criticism, build emotional resilience, and show up for yourself with more care.
This group will run for 8 weeks on Wednesdays from 12:00 to 1:00pm. Each week will include psychoeducation, a group discussion, and an interactive activity related to the weekly theme.
