Building Operator Certification (BOC) Level I Multifamily starts 10/22/2025

Building Operator Certification (BOC) is a nationally recognized training and certification program that focuses on energy efficient building operations and preventative maintenance procedures. The BOC Level I Multifamily training provides building operators with knowledge and skills enhancement in the key activities associated with energy efficient building operations, including HVAC controls, common opportunities for operational improvements and building scoping for energy efficiency as they apply to multifamily buildings. The training includes lectures, discussion, small group exercises, tests and project assignments and will require about 74 hours of time. This series will be taught online through Zoom with live, instructor led lectures on Wednesday & Thursday afternoons between 1:00pm and 4:00 p.m. Central Time. See below for detailed class schedule.

Tuitions for this series is $1,695. Some discounts are available, see below. Additionally, some students may qualify for a tuition reimbursment upon successful completion of the training. Visit boccentral.org/training and click on your state to see if you may qualify for a tuition reimbursment.

The tuition covers all class materials, books, and credential recognition materials. Student handbooks will be shipped directly to registered students. SCHEDULE: This series will be taught remotely through Zoom with live, instructor led lectures on Wednesdays & Thursdays between 1:00pm and 4:00 p.m. Central Time. If a student is unable to attend a session, we will provide recordings of the class and the student will be responsible for watching it and completing any assignments or tests for that class on their own time.
