This workshop explains the neural foundations of resilience and provides evidence-based practices that strengthen emotional stability, mental endurance, and overall adaptive capacity.

You’ll learn methods for managing difficult emotions, interrupting unhelpful patterns, and building the recovery habits that support long-term wellbeing and performance. The focus is on simple, reliable tools that help you stay steady and effective through challenges.
