The in person event takes place over all three days- November 7,8,9, 2025. The virtual portion will take place only on November 8, 2025.

The Hampton Inn in downtown Blue Ridge, GA is a 3.5 mile drive from the host property that takes approximately 9 minutes
Yes we can! Once you have purchased your tickets use the contact email and let us know. We will keep a running list and when we have enough to fill a close by property we will contact you with details if you prefer not to stay in the hotel.
We encourage you to reach out if you have specific dietary concerns and we will do all we can to meet you wherever you are.
The host property has 5 bedrooms and all but 1 has a private bath. It is across the hall so to speak. The final VIP slot filled will be occupying this bedroom. To be clear it will be your own private bathroom to use it just is not “en suite” to the bedroom.
We understand life happens. Due to the private VIP format of this event we won't honor refund requests but if for some reason you are unable to make the trip to Majestic Manor to attend send us an email and we will attempt to resale your ticket(s) thus allowing us to refund you once resold.
Yes we do! Once you purchase your tickets, we have the inside track on several short term rentals near our property. Some within walking distance and several others less than a 5 minute drive away. Just send an email and we can work with you on that.
