Heather Dubbeldam, a fourth-generation architect and principal of Dubbeldam Architecture + Design in Toronto, is widely recognized for her innovative, sustainable, and socially driven approach to architecture. Her award-winning practice has earned over 100 honors, including the Professional Prix de Rome from the Canada Council for the Arts and the 2024 Architectural Practice Award from the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada. Featured internationally and showcased at the 2023 Venice Architecture Biennale, Dubbeldam continues to lead as a champion of design excellence and advocacy for a more livable, sustainable future.
