About Our Speakers:

Chris Johnson, Global Financial Executive

Christian C. Johnson has served as a CFO and finance leader for high-impact organizations and teams in more than 20 countries. He and his teams have launched and grown stock exchanges in numerous countries, defined and implemented government and corporate strategies, and raised debt and equity capital around the globe. Christian is a Harvard MBA and former US Naval Officer and is the Managing Director of Emerging Markets Finance.

Molly Nizhnikov, Operations Manager, LookThink

As the Operations Manager at LookThink, Molly oversees the day to day office workflow of internal staff, manages client relationships, and is heavily involved in business development efforts. Molly works primarily with the project management team to plot out longterm resourcing and work streams, resolve ad hoc issues to ensure projects run smoothly, and help set the vision for new engagements.

With an English degree from the University of Virginia, Molly also relishes any chance to write and edit content and champions our quality assurance processes to ensure our clients receive polished end-products.

Ernie Paskey, Partner and Practice Leader, Aon Hewitt

Ernie Paskey is the leader of Aon’s Assessment Services and is located in Washington, DC. He leads a team of over 55 consultants comprised primarily of PhD I/O psychologists in the delivery of assessment solutions to over 50 clients in the retail, financial, hospitality, pharmaceutical, and transportation industries. He also serves as an executive coach for C Suite and below executives. Ernie delivers leadership strategy solutions including Aon Hewitt’s benchmark study of Top Companies for Leaders. He has over 25 years of experience implementing talent acquisition solutions, bringing the latest in measurement science to the identification of top talent.

Ernie holds an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a BS in Psychology from James Madison University. He is an active member of the American Psychological Society, Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and the Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington.

Sam Peterson, Managing Director, Randstad USA

Dr. Paul Swiercz, Professor, George Washington University

Dr. Paul Michael Swiercz is a Professor and immediate pas Chair of the Department of Management at The George Washington University in Washington D.C. He is presently Executive Director Korean Management Institute. Dr. Swiercz has published more than 35 refereed research articles. His case studies on Home Depot and Delta Airlines have appeared in six best-selling strategy textbooks. His case study -- Food Lion vs. the UFCW: Time for a Change? -- was selected for the Best Case Award by the Academy of Management. He presently serves as an outside reviewer and writer for cases published by the Harvard Business School Press as a member of the SAGE Business & Management Advisory Board. He developed the SWIF Learning technique (Student Written – Instructor Facilitated Case Writing) and co-developer of the Cognitive Intrusion of Work Scale (CIW). Dr. Swiercz is the founder and principal in the firm Executive Selection and Development International (ESDI) and developer of the workshop Strategic Business Thinking: A Skill Building Workshop for Competitive Thinkers.
