Participants will understand the importance and benefits of renewable energy & learn essential safety protocols fo energy systems.

This training is exclusively for NAMC-Oregon Members and their team. Registration is required and will close on January 16, 2026 at 5:00 PM

Attendance at all classes within this series of trainings is required to qualify for the certification.

Class Objective:
By the end of this session, participants will understand the fundamentals of energy, what it is, where it comes from, and how it powers our world. Students will be able to define energy, identify renewable and non-renewable sources, and explain the basic principles behind each type. The session will also introduce the concept of environmental justice and explore how fossil fuels and renewable energy intersect with issues of equity and community impact.
