Focus on the Goal of the Partnership
This session centers on moving from self-awareness to shared purpose. Participants will explore how to align individual and organizational values with collective goals, creating partnerships that are authentic, trust-based, and healing-centered. Through experiential learning, visioning, and mapping, they will identify opportunities for collaboration, address potential barriers, and co-create strategies for sustainable partnership growth.
By integrating care into connection, participants will practice building partnerships that honor both self and community—ensuring that collaboration is rooted in respect, reciprocity, and mutual success.
