Join Community Living Well and Westminster Talking Therapies at The Exchange Hub for a series of wellbeing workshops.
If self-doubt, self-criticism or low confidence have been holding you back, this workshop offers practical tools to help you build a stronger relationship with yourself. We’ll explore what confidence and self-esteem really are, how they’re shaped, and how self-compassion can support lasting change.
You’ll learn techniques to challenge unhelpful inner voices, recognise your strengths, and respond to yourself with greater kindness — especially during difficult moments. This session is designed to help you feel more capable, grounded and supported from within as you move into 2026.
After the workshop, stay for a community lunch to continue the conversation and connect with others on the same journey toward better health.
