The goal for this presentation is to provide clinical supervisors with practical skills to take back to their supervisees. Training will address ways to effectively build a sense of confidence and support development of new skills in their supervision sessions. This relates to marriage and family therapy practice by giving supervisors the necessary skills to engage with therapists in training throughout the licensure process.
