Building Community Through Music
Overview
We would like to invite you to a special evening at Artichoke Community Music on Sunday, December 7.
We’ll gather from 5:00–8:00 pm at 2007 SE Powell Blvd for an evening that celebrates everything Artichoke is about: music, community, generosity, and the simple joy of being together. Throughout the night, you’ll hear heartfelt performances from dear friends of Artichoke—Avery Hill, Michael Henchman, Mark Hanson & Greta Pedersen, John Silliman Dodge, and Ronnie Carrier—each offering their time and talent simply because they care about this community.
We’re also grateful for the beautiful items and experiences that have been lovingly donated for our Silent Auction. Among them are a handcrafted 1977 Gene Roach dulcimer, a custom original song written just for you, and an extraordinary 7-night escape for two to Italy, Spain, or Bali. These gifts reflect the generosity of people who believe deeply in Artichoke’s mission and want to help its next chapter flourish.
There will be good food and wine, a short video and slideshow honoring the year we’ve shared, and plenty of time to connect, laugh, and celebrate one another. More than anything, this night is about gathering as a community—coming together to lift up the place that has held so many songs, stories, and friendships.
It would mean so much to have you there.
Due to limited space, RSVPs are required.
Email Venue@ArtichokeMusic.org or register for a free ticket on Eventbrite. We won’t be able to admit guests without an RSVP.
With warmth and gratitude,
Leah Mócsy
