The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA) is hosting a series of workshops for small businesses and small developers who are interested in buying and redeveloping real estate. There will be four seperate sessions. Individuals are welcome to register for one or more sessions. The cost is $10 per session per person. Each session will be held from 5:30-8:00 pm at 412 Blvd. of the Allies.

Session 3 (June 10): Putting It All Together

This session will focus on the URA’s standard disposition process – how to get from Exclusive Negotiations to closing. This session will also focus on the major steps to get to closing in a private transaction. Hear from a panel of peers who have purchased and redeveloped property from the URA.
