Where do I park?

Parking is limited. Please carpool if possible. Vassar has an interactive map where you can search for parking lots on campus. North lot and South Lot are both large but require some walking. Along Main Campus Drive and behind Main Building are closer: https://map.concept3d.com/?id=699#!ct/68306

Is any food provided?

We will provide a light breakfast - bagels, pastries, coffee, tea, etc. during check-in. There will be two food trucks on site for lunch and every conference attendee will receive a lunch ticket at check-in. You are able to trade in your ticket for a free lunch at one of the food trucks.

Can my agency host a table at this event?

Every year we give local agencies and providers an opportunity to have a Networking Table where they provide information about their agency, resources, swag, etc. If you are interested in your organization having a table, please e-mail Bri as soon as possible: bjohannesen@astorservices.org

Question 4

Will CEUs be provided this year?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We will provide FREE CEUS for the following licenses: SW, CAT, MHC, MFT, and Psychologists. You will have to sign in to each CEU-eligible portion of the day separately. Instructions will be posted at the conference.
