• Map your business’s processes, resources, and partners using a business model canvas
• Identify your critical processes, and alternative processes for them
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and KPI goals for your business
This course is the third module in the NYC Department of Small Business Services’ (SBS) five-course Introduction to Entrepreneurship series. If you are a pre-startup, we recommend that you complete the first and second modules in this series – “First Step to Starting a Business” and “Creating a Business Idea that Works” – before taking this course.
