Through a series of hands-on activities and discussion, become acquainted and walk away with a set of lifelong leadership coaching-inspired tools and practices that support the following exercises:

• Envisioning and defining your ideal outcomes

• Identifying and articulating your core values

• Assessing states of harmony and dissonance in your life

• Crafting a blueprint for values-based living

  This intimate gathering offers the opportunity to engage in the process of exploring your own inner landscape while connecting and sharing the experience with other women and allies seeking similar self-discovery.

Practitioner Bio: Emily Mitnick is an entrepreneur, leadership coach and yogi who values authenticity, effective communication rooted in emotional intelligence, community, truth-seeking, and connectedness. Her company, EHM | Coaching, offers workshops and leadership coaching for women, with a focus on female entrepreneurs who are starting businesses or taking their businesses through milestone moments, and women who are in the early stages of their careers and looking to develop confidence around authentic self-expression in the workplace. She is incredibly passionate about elevating and fostering a culture of women supporting women – in the workplace and beyond.

Emily is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF) and holds a certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from Philosophy IB's ICF-accredited program at American University, a Master's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania (MCP, School of Design) and a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University (cum laude).
