Building A Strong Workforce, Seminar 4 of 4: Mental Health Resources

This final seminar connects the construction community to practical mental health and suicide prevention resources available to workers and their families. Participants will learn how to identify trusted supports, make referrals, and promote help-seeking on and off the jobsite. The session also highlights the 2026 American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Hike for Hope, showing how industry involvement can raise awareness, build community, and demonstrate a visible commitment to saving lives in construction.
