About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Join us for a national virtual workshop focused on shaping a shared understanding of digital literacy in Canada. This session is part of a broader effort to develop a Workshop Agreement (WA) that defines key terms and outlines best practices in digital literacy—grounded in lived experience, sector expertise, and inclusive of diverse perspectives.

During this two-hour facilitated session, participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Review early findings and key insights
  • Validate and expand on draft language
  • Contribute ideas that will shape the final agreement

The session will be held on Wednesday, June 19th, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST. Participation is free and open to all. The workshop will be conducted in English, with French translation available as requested.

Whether you’re a practitioner, policymaker, educator, or advocate, your input is critical to ensuring the outcomes reflect the realities of digital literacy across Canada.
