The Building Your Talent Webinar series offers an introductory look at the basics of Apprenticeship. How to start one, why it works, and where to get support.

Each session covers some basic topics including:

• How Apprenticeship can benefit employers and workers
• Available state tax credits, grants, and incentive programs
• How to get started building or expanding an Apprenticeship

Each session is 30 minutes and live facilitated by staff from the Maryland Department of Labor.
