Build Your Home Apothecary: Three Workshops in Herbal Crafting

Join clinical herbalist and herbal farmer Amy Boldt, MS for a three-part workshop on herbal medicine.

We'll meet down in the Barefoot Medicine Farm Apothecary for this medicine-making workshop, which is perfect for anyone interested in making their own remedies at home.

Night 1- January 9th - The art of formulation and how to prepare medicinal-grade teas (or as we call them- infusions).

• I'll supply 1 ounce of herbs of your choice of herbs in the apothecary.

Night 2- January 16th- The ever popular tincture class!

• I'll supply 1 ounce of herbs of your choice, as well as 8oz of vodka or vinegar for tincturing. You bring your own jar.

Night 3-January 23rd- Last but not least- how to make topicals! Together we will make an herbal salve for you to take home

• I'll provide the supplies to make a 1 ounce salve

Total Hours: 4.5

Cost: $150 +$50 supply fee

Park up at the house off to the right (at an angle) to accommodate everyone. We will meet down in the apothecary. Follow the path off to the left and down to the patio area. Come on in through the sliding glass doors.
