This is a live, virtual working session held on Zoom. You’ll get the link and all materials after you register.

Who is this for?

Can more than one person from my organization attend?

Yes. We recommend one person per registration to ensure full access to materials, breakout groups, and feedback. If you’d like to bring a teammate, we offer a team ticket for up to two participants at a reduced rate.

Will there be a recording?

No. This is a hands-on session with breakout groups and live participation. To protect attendee privacy and encourage open conversation, it will not be recorded.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Yes. Bring key details about your organization or program such as your mission, demographic stats, board members, and funding priorities. You’ll plug them directly into your packet during the session.
