A laptop (and charger cable!) is strongly recommended so you can follow along during the hands-on parts of the workshop. If you don’t have one, you can still attend and take notes.

Nope! This class is designed for true beginners. If you’ve never bought a URL or touched a website builder before, you’re in the right place.

Will I build a full website during the workshop?

You’ll learn how the whole process works—from buying a domain to creating a basic one-page website. Some participants may get a simple page started during class, especially if they bring a laptop.

You’re welcome to attend! After the workshop, there will be a short Q&A where you can get free professional advice on how to improve or fix your existing site.

No. You do not need to purchase a domain or hosting ahead of time. We’ll cover how to choose the right options, and you can decide later.

Most people will not publish their site live during the workshop. You’ll learn everything you need to do that on your own afterwards.
