Overview

A workshop on safe connection, vulnerability, boundaries, and building a circle of care that actually sustains you.

Healing is not just personal — it’s relational.

This final workshop in the Your Healing Arc: A Curriculum for Care, Structure, and Community series centers the power of community and vulnerability. We’ll explore what makes openness feel risky, and practice creating boundaries that allow for both safety and connection.
