Join us for "Build the Web: Teen Coding Camp", a hands-on, instructor-led online summer camp where kids aged 12–16 will dive into the exciting world of web development!

Over five fun-filled afternoons, campers will learn to:

  • Build a real website from scratch
  • Work with APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)
  • Deploy web apps using AWS (Amazon Web Services)

This camp is designed for kids aged 12–16 who are curious about coding, tech, or website development. No prior experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to learn!

❓ What will my child learn? Campers will learn how to:

Build websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Connect to real-world APIs Host their site on the cloud using AWS (Amazon Web Services) Think like developers and solve coding challenges

❓ Is it beginner-friendly?

Yes! We welcome total beginners. All lessons are paced for teens with step-by-step guidance and live instructor support.

❓ What do we need to join? You'll need:

A laptop or desktop with internet access Zoom installed (free) A modern browser (Chrome recommended) We’ll send setup instructions before camp starts.

❓ How is the camp structured?

Live sessions: Mon–Fri, 1–4 PM PST Daily instruction, live demos, hands-on coding, and project time Small class sizes for more personalized help A final project presentation on Day 5!

❓ Will there be homework or outside work?

No homework required! All work is done during camp hours. Optional practice challenges may be shared for students who want extra credit.

❓ Will students get a certificate?

Yes! Every student will receive a digital certificate of completion they can proudly showcase.

❓ Can parents check in on progress?

Yes! Parents receive a progress summary after camp with an overview of what was covered and a link to their child’s final website project.
