Join Empire Beauty School in Vernon Hills for our New Year Career Networking Fair, designed exclusively for salons, barbershops, spas, and beauty employers seeking new talent. Meet future professionals, review resumes and portfolios, and recruit candidates who are ready to begin their careers in the beauty industry.

This event is part of a nationwide effort across all Empire campuses to strengthen employer partnerships and elevate career opportunities for our graduates.

What Employers Can Expect

• Meet students nearing graduation and newly licensed alumni
• Review resumes and portfolios (prepared in advance by students)
• Network with other industry leaders and build community ties
• Learn about Empire’s training approach and the skill sets students are developing

Why Participate

Empire students receive hands-on training and are actively preparing for employment. Your presence helps guide new professionals while giving your business early access to top talent in the area. Many employers use this event to fill part-time, full-time, and apprentice roles.
