About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours

This workshop will take you through the process of building an analog square wave audio oscillator using a 555 timer chip, a great project whether you're an audio enthusiest or looking to get into hardware. As a group we will learn how to read circuit schematics, breadboard a circuit, test it, tweak the schematic to target different frequency ranges, and then solder it together. All electronic components, testing, and building equipment will be provided for this workshop.
