Workshop Description
Your CV and motivation letter are often your first (and sometimes only) chance to make an impression. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn what recruiters really look for, how to communicate your skills and story clearly, and how to adapt your CV and motivation letter for different industries and, especially, for Austria.
We’ll cover:
- What makes a CV stand out in Austria.
- How to highlight your strengths even if you’re changing careers or are new to the market
- The biggest mistakes to avoid (and how to fix them)
- Practical writing tips and real examples
The session will be followed by a Prosecco networking time, so bring your questions and your best energy!

The Host
Estefanía Piñón is a Vienna-based entrepreneur, employment expert, and community builder.
